High Needs Case Manager: JFCS is seeking an enthusiastic case manager to work with children receiving behavioral-health services as they progress on the path to a more self-sufficient lifestyle and potential family reunification. The High Needs Case Manager also provides guidance and ongoing support to the families/caregivers of the youth receiving services.
