Some of a service and repair specialist tasks include:

• Listening to customer's needs
• Learn about company procedures, product, and servicing jewelry
• Help customers make informed decisions
• Work alongside local bench jewelers
• Build relationships through trust and always act in the customer's best interest

Some of what we are looking for include:
o 2 years of customer service experience
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
o Ability to prioritize multiple tasks
o Strong organizational and follow-through skills
o Ability to work independently and with a team
o Familiar with POS systems and email

Work hours are as follows:
9-5pm Tuesday-Saturday

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
