Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Floor Manager to oversee the daily operations of our retail store. The Floor Manager will be responsible for managing a team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining efficient store operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of retail math and the ability to effectively manage inventory control.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of retail associates, providing guidance and support
- Ensure exceptional customer service by training and coaching staff on effective sales techniques
- Monitor and maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards
- Implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
- Oversee inventory control, including receiving, stocking, and conducting regular audits
- Handle cash and product inventory
- Conduct employee orientations and training sessions to ensure staff is knowledgeable about products and company policies
- Collaborate with upper management and Office Manager to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive store traffic

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role, preferably as a Floor Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles, including budgeting and forecasting
- Excellent cash handling skills with a high level of accuracy
- Proficient in inventory control practices to minimize loss and maximize efficiency
- Exceptional leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling and inventory management
- Administrative skills for record keeping and reporting

- Jewelry Experience a plus.
