Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. The Service Advisor plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service department by providing excellent customer service, coordinating service requests, and facilitating effective communication between customers and our service technicians.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and courteous manner.
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document service requests.
• Schedule service appointments and allocate resources efficiently to meet customer deadlines.
• Provide accurate estimates for service work and communicate pricing and repair options clearly to customers.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their service orders and address any concerns or questions they may have.
• Maintain detailed records of service transactions, including invoices, work orders, and customer communications.
• Follow up with customers after service visits to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and parts, to provide comprehensive solutions to customers.
• Uphold company policies and procedures regarding safety, quality, and customer service.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or service advisor role, preferably in the automotive, agricultural, or construction equipment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and service management software.
• Knowledge of agricultural or construction equipment and mechanical aptitude is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or vocational training is desirable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
