Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Bakery Clerk. As a Bakery Clerk, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting with bakery operations, and ensuring the highest quality of products for our customers.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bakery department
- Assist with baking and preparing various bakery items
- Package and label bakery products for display
- Provide product recommendations and upsell to customers
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure product freshness and quality
- Stock shelves and rotate products to maintain inventory levels
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a food service or kitchen environment preferred
- Familiarity with Aloha POS or other point-of-sale systems is a plus
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for extended periods of time
