JEVS Human Services has an opportunity with the Careerlink at Suburban Station for a Youth Navigator. The Youth Navigator will be responsible for serving older youth, ages 16-24 and works with them to determine the appropriate program referral. In this role, you will provide a seamless transition into the adult system within Careerlink.
Day-to-day:
Provides case management to youth who aren’t connected to a program to support the enrollment process
Provides career exploration guidance using CareerScope or other assessment tools
Provides outreach to youth programs at their sites about opportunities at the CareerLink
Conducts workshops and presentations to help bridge youth to CareerLink
Assist with the recruiting, interviewing, and orientation of youth participants for the CareerLink
Creates and facilitates a weekly networking group; coordinates opportunities and activities for participants
Collaborates with program staff to help prepare students for their post-program plan(s)

The base pay for this position ranges from $42,500 to $45,500 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience.
