JEVS Human Services is Hiring a Postsecondary Success Coach Near Philadelphia, PA

The Postsecondary Success Coach provides resources and tools to navigate the postsecondary process to help participants meet their educational and career goals. The Coach provides skill building, growth mindset, goal setting, and aptitude/interest assessments. The Coach also acts as a resource, ensuring that basic needs are met so that they can be successful in their academic and career pursuits.

This role will work with our EduConnect and Project WOW programs.

This role is hybrid, 3 days onsite (in Northeast) and 2 from home.

Job Duties:

  • Assist students by being their point of contact. Develop relationships, guide participants, and create a support network.

  • Supports Recruitment Coach with efforts to recruit, enroll, and onboard students

  • Help with career prep (mock interviews, resume reviews, employer meets, and referrals to Career Coaches)

  • Document all interaction with members as a case note in database and complete monthly statistical reports
  • Use assessment results to develop individual service strategy plan including education, employment, and empowerment goals and interventions designed to achieve funder established benchmarks

What you bring to the table:

  • Associate's required.
  • 3-5 years’ experience working with individuals related to personal and professional goal setting and counseling.

The base pay for this position ranges from $41,000 to $51,000 and will vary based on factors such as skills and experience. Base pay is one part of the Total Compensation that JEVS Human Services provides to recognize employees for their work.
