Requirements:

• The client and Caregiver must both be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow verbal and written communication.
• Ability to effectively communicate with Client Care Manager regarding client care.
• Must satisfactorily complete JEVS Care at Home written exam and orientation program.
• Must pass background check/clearances as required by state regulations.
