ABOUT THE ROLE

Focus on development of newbusiness

Managing the full sales cycle as wellas building relationships with clients at all levels

Responsible for looking after theassigned region, negotiating contracts, and closing sales.

Responsible for managing a team ofSales Managers, assisting with training and development

Generation of a portfolio ofclients who charter on private jets

Cold- calling/emailing/meeting newpotential clients

Client relationship management

Procuring a suitable option forthe customer

Achievement of revenue targets

 

 

PLAN

Maintain and expand business inthe assigned areas.

Negotiate agreements and resolvepotential issues with clients

Expand existing customer base byrecognizing and involving top tour operators and agencies within the area

Create awareness of the productsand services to magnify market influence and generate future sales

Develop sales network and pricestructure to attain targets and increase revenues

Implement customer serviceprocedures to ensure customer satisfaction

Prepare sales activities reportssuch as Sales performance report

Produce time recording reports

PROFILE

Minimum 5 years of experience in Private Aviation

Minimum 3 yearsbased within the region

Experiencemanagingteam of Sales specialists

Experience inCharter Sales (Brokerage and/or Operator)

Proficiency inEnglish

Goal oriented
