ESSENTIAL DUTIES for Fire Sprinkler Apprentice/Helper:

• Layout and read fire sprinkler blueprints
• Work with construction schedules and general contractor regulations.
• Interpret and understand NFPA fire sprinkler codes and apply those codes to particular phases of the job.
• Steel experience including cutting, threading, and grooving black steel pipe
• Have the ability to regularly climb extension ladders, roof ladders, stepladders, and stairs at least 10 times during a shift.

REQUIREMENTS for Fire Sprinkler Apprentice/Helper:

• Willing to train on the job
• CPVC Certified with Blazemaster piping systems preferred.
• Ability to check work email (smartphone, computer, tablet, etc) - company provides $10 stipend for data
