Overview

A General Manager will ensure that daily operations of the car wash are running successfully and provide support throughout the entire wash process to guarantee a Good, Clean, Fun car wash experience.

Primary Duties

• Engage customers and sell products & services
• Enrollment & Support of Unlimited Wash Club Members
• Open and Close site and facilitate daily operations
• Oversee training of Associates and Sr. Assistant Managers
• Coach and role play to effectively teach winning sales techniques
• Assist District Managers with hiring and onboarding of Associates and Sr. Assistant Managers
• Monitor and control daily labor percentages and preventative wash maintenance
• Monitor, control, and troubleshoot chemicals daily
• Ensure timely completion of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting as required
• Consistently and correctly uphold and enforce company policies
• Maintain all aspects of the property in clean and working order
• Safely and efficiently load every vehicle with clear hand signals and a smile

• Strive for customer satisfaction by receiving every guest with a warm and friendly welcome, providing support throughout the entire wash process, and ensuring a complete and thorough wash for all guests

Requirements

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 2 years of retail or sales leadership experience
• Basic computer and administrative skills
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Available for traveling and overnight stays between markets as needed

Physical Demands

• Regular physical mobility including reaching, grabbing, lifting, and ability to handle equipment that may average up to approximately 100 pounds in weight
• Frequent walking, standing, and being on your feet for long periods of time
• Working in non-climate-controlled environments and outside in all weather conditions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
