Position Overview

Successful State Farm Agent is seeking a qualified or aspiring professional to join their winning team as an administrative assistant to the agent.

As an Agent Team Member, you will receive...

• Group Life Insurance Benefits
• $20,000 Base Salary plus (Additional 5k for being fully licensed, $250-$1500 Tenure raises each year based on licensing;

licensing qualifies you to move into an Executive Assistant Position (35k base))

• Activity based commission / bonus to reward exceeding minimum expectations of calls, quotes, and marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and management of customer retention and appointments
• Assist with Team Human Resources (updating time sheets, processing payroll, etc.)
• Assist in team planning and preparation (verify documents are received, make documents updates as needed, assist with meeting preparation).
• Make updates to the team calendar and send a weekly agenda.
