Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Agent's Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential support to our insurance agent, contributing to the efficient operation of our insurance services.
We are open to hiring this position as a part-time or full-time role.
Responsibilities:

• Assist in processing insurance applications and documentation.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Maintain and organize client records and files.
• Schedule appointments and manage the agent's calendar.
• Collaborate with the agent to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Handle administrative tasks related to insurance policies.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Familiarity with basic insurance terminology is advantageous.
• Proactive in problem solving
• Able to learn computer functions
• Ability to work in a team environment
