Product Coordinator

• Prepare Styles for Market

• Market Prep

• Organize & Maintain Showroom

• Prepare Styles for Live Sales

• Manage Calendar for Live Sales/Takeovers

• Assist Customers with Live Sales & Takeovers

• Assist with creating CSV files for Lives

• Manage Damage Styles

• Mange Damage Spreadsheet

• Upload Pictures to Website

• Manage Incoming Retail Inventory

• Prepare for Photoshoots

• Prepare outfits for Photoshoots

• Maintaining Website, apps and third party Platforms

• Add New Products to shopify

• Update products on Shopify

• Tag & Organize New Styles in Showroom

• Maintain & Organize Product Samples

• Assist with Travel & Bookings

• Send Invoices

• Assist with Facebook Sales

• Willing to help and assist with other projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
