ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Jes Richardson State Farm Agency is looking to add to her sales team. This position pays salary commission yearly bonus, paid vacation and paid holidays. This is a full time position in a professional office working 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday with lunch break. Office is located at the corner of Whipple & 22nd St in Canton, just south of Acme and Sheetz.
We are looking for a positive, high energy team member to add to our current team. We personally invest in all of our hires to get them licensed, learn the industry and give them all the tools necessary to be as successful as possible.
You will have a professional office to work out of with all the leads provided to you. There is no cold calls, no knocking on doors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide quotes on auto, home, renters, life, and disability insurance.
• Identify client needs and find a solution
• Market products and services (we offer over 100 insurance and financial services) to individuals, families and business owners.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
• Able to obtain Property and Casualty License
• Able to obtain a Life/Health License
• Background check
• Excellent Communication skills
• Detail oriented
• Self-motivated but works well within the team
• Able and willing to learn and adapt to ever changing technology.
