This critical role serves as the liaison between our practice and our patients and is typically the first contact that a patient has with Jervey Eye Group. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving patient requests, complaints and inquiries; keeping patient satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
