This position requires the candidate to have three years current restaurant management experience. Assistant Managers are responsible for assisting with the complete and total management of a Jersey Mike’s store/operation, including, but not limited to:

• Store sales
• Volume
• Quality of service
• Customer satisfaction
• Day to day food service responsibilities
• Profit margin
• Create employee schedule
• Hiring, Training, Coaching, Holding team accountable to goals, Associate recognition, Associate terminations
• Place inventory orders
• Lead employee training
• Lead by example
• Participate in management team meetings and strategy sessions

Pay: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour
