Summary of Position:

The Shift Lead isresponsible for supporting the management in the operation of the restaurant,with a focus on leading and developing a team of employees in effectivelyperforming their daily tasks while maintaining high standards for food,service, and health and safety.Theincumbent helps with ordering, inventory control and submission of reports.

• Ability toaccurately complete all documentation and process payment transactions neededto complete the shift’s operations and end of shift paperwork and adhere toproper cash handling procedures.
• Stand,sit, or walk for an extended period of time or for an entire work shift.
• Previoussupervisory experience in restaurant or retail customer service/guest servicesrequired.
• Ability tooperate all equipment necessary to perform the job

• One(1) year of high-volume restaurantsupervisory experience, including some experience in a quick service or fastcasual dining environment
• Experience withrevenue and expense accounts and impact on store profitability

• Abilityto lift up to 30 lbs.
• Mustbe available to work a flexible full time schedule, rotating AM/PM shifts anddays including weekends and holidays.
