Responsibilities for Restaurant Assistant Manager:

· Interaction with customers: receiving orders, processing sales and monies, and managing customer issues

· Training and motivating team members

· Preparation of products

· Maintaining quality of product

· Monitoring all service of equipment

· Uncompromising standards in maintaining a clean and safe work environment (per Labor Board and OSHA regulations and Company standards)

· Unloading, stocking and maintaining required inventory levels

· Preparing/making/transporting deposits, preparing proposed labor schedules, product projections

The Restaurant Assistant Manager ideal candidate must:

· Have excellent communication skills, management/leadership and organizational skills

· Be a true team leader and have the ability to hold others accountable as well as yourself

· Recognize that Attendance and Punctuality is a must

· Be able to operate computer systems.

· Possess basic Math skills

· Complete training certification

· Be enthusiastic and willing to learn
