We are looking for a Floating General Manager in the Fort Mill Area. Training will start immediately. Must have open availability and reliable transportation. You must be flexible week to week. Ultimately, you’ll help our company grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations
• Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
• Truck orders and inventory
• Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
• Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)

Skills

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Excellent communication skills and customer service
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
