Responsibilities:

• Greet customers, record orders, and serve food and beverages with a consistently positive and helpful attitude
• Input orders accurately and accept payment using a credit card reader or cash register
• Prepare cold and hot subs according to customer specifications, following cooking instructions, safety procedures, and sanitary requirements
• Utilize kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness by clearing and wiping tables, sweeping and mopping floors, and washing and sanitizing kitchen utensils
• Communicate effectively with team members and management to create work schedules, train new employees, and resolve any issues
• Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally and calmly
• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance by wearing the required uniform
