What does your job entail?
- Ensuring that each guest receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes...
- Greeting and acknowledging every guest.
- Processing POS transactions accurately and adhering to proper cash handling procedures.
- Working in cooperation with other Jersey Mike’s Team Members.
- Maintaining cleanliness of floors, tables, counters, and restrooms at all times.
- Responding appropriately to guest concerns and communicating to management.
- Operating all equipment necessary to perform the job.
- Abiding by the established Jersey Mike’s uniform and grooming standards.
- Maintaining an awareness of all menu items.
- Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Reaches, bends, and frequently lifts-up to 30 pounds. Works in a standing position for long periods of time.
We need you to have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule with the ability to work days, nights, and holidays.
