We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to oversee our restaurant operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in fast casual restaurant management, possess exceptional leadership skills, and excel in team management.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and inventory management
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and increase profitability
- Train and supervise store staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize results
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service management or a related field (at least 1 or more years)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in math for handling cash transactions and managing inventory
- Experience in recruiting, training, and developing employees
