Senior Business Systems Analyst / Product Owner A boutique investment management firm in Boston looking to bring on a Product Owner / Systems Analyst to own their OMS and front office applications. They went through a tech transformation last year and onboarded the top vendor systems in the industry and as a result are looking for someone to take ownership of their front-end systems.

This person will be the SME for these systems and be the key liaison for all of the stakeholders internally and externally. They are a smaller firm, so this role will come with both ownership & visibility and a growth path to wider responsibilities.

Requirements:
-Must have recent experience owning & supporting trade order management (OMS) systems
-Experience being the liaison for multiple stakeholders (business, leadership, vendors, software & IT) - owning relationships
-Experience supporting and owning different vendor systems with a focus in the front office
-Ability to be an escalation point for any production issues (managing the queue to triage issues)
-Ability to create new streamlines process internally for issues that arise with documentation
-Experience in a project/product management and systems analysis type role
-JIRA, Confluence, Agile, SCRUM expertise
-Extremely detail oriented, organized, and ability to take ownership
-Ability to manage new product features, upgrades, bug fixes, production issues that arise
-Technical acumen with SQL, SWIFT, FIX protocol a plus
