Jerry's U Save, Inc. is a family owned petroleum business in Morris, MN.

We are looking for an independent, dependable, and highly motivated individual to join our team in the role of Assistant Store Manager. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can make quick and accurate decisions on a variety of matters. Our Assistant Store Manager will Assist the Manager in a variety of ways. This person will be responsible for handling a broad range of responsibilities that include day shift cashiering, handling customer service issues, performing inventory management and increasing sales revenue. Along, with training night and weekend staff. The Assistant Store Manager will work closely with the Store Manager to address store needs.

Responsibilities:

• Regularly communicates with the Store Manager about how to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Day Shift Cashiering
• Help with and Attend staff meetings to discuss store goals and plans.
• Possess strong leadership skills in relation to staff management and training.
• Perform a daily stocktaking, help with maintaining a computerized inventory system.
• Ordering inventory and checking in vendors
• Maintaining store cleanliness
• Solve any customer-service issues.
• Flexibility in tasks as well as multi-tasking
• Open and close the store in a timely fashion, if needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
