Job Description -

Work with and report to the service and parts manager to assist with the day-to-day operations of the service department. Communicate timely follow ups with all assigned tasks.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities -

- Perform receiving, stocking, and issuing parts to work orders.

- Enter parts inventory information through dealer management software.

- Provide prompt, detailed and timely flow of all paperwork.

- Other duties as assigned.

Key Requirements and Qualifications -

- Dependability and Integrity a MUST.

- A sense of urgency for completion a MUST.

- Strong attention to detail and follow up a MUST.

- Computer skills in Windows based programs a MUST.

- Experience with Lightspeed or similar dealer management systems is a plus.

- Boating license and boat driving experience a plus.

- A solid work ethic and ability to work with others.

- Effective communication and follow-up.

- A current clean driver’s license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 40 per week
