Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time Legal Intake Specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their cases, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. $15 - $25 hourly

• Screen incoming potential client phone calls to make sure the case falls within the scope of the firm, while helping the caller feel heard and understood
• Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency
• Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate
• Organize paperwork and perform data entry in our case management system to streamline new client onboarding and current client files
• Coordinate awareness initiatives and foster relationships with other attorneys alongside the marketing team in order to help grow our prospective client base

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous legal experience a plus
• Familiarity with case management and CRM systems a bonus
• Sales or customer service experience highly valued
• Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency
