Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.

Duties:

- Customer service and inside sales 24 hours per week "Hourly Pay" plus commission
- Perform Administration tasks to support the Agency

- Outside sales 16 hours per week "Commission Sales" "Bonus Potential"

- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Strong ability to negotiate and close sales successfully
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in analyzing market data to drive sales initiatives
- Familiarity with HIPAA regulations is preferred

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
