Overview:

A Jeremiah’s Italian Ice Server represents the face of Jeremiah’s and is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the store while ensuring 5-star customer service is delivered to every guest.

o Taking guests’ orders with a friendly smile.

o Exhibiting the desire to work on a team and embrace a collaborative work environment.

o Maintain respectful relationships with co-workers, refraining from gossip.

o Creating flavorful experiences for each guest according to five-star service.

o Answering questions – accurately and politely.

o Serving all guests efficiently while maintaining superior five-star service.

o Serving Jeremiah’s products that consistently exceed expectations in image and quality.

o Demonstrating impeccable product knowledge.

o Performing opening and closing responsibilities.

o Offering suggestions and guidance to guests pertaining to our menu and services.

o Preparing all Jeremiah’s Italian Ice products. This may require lifting 50lbs to shoulder height and intense manual labor.

o Maintaining a unit that is both so fresh and so clean.

o Stocking and organizing the store for maximum efficiency.

o Maintain knowledge of Limited Time Offers, specials, promotional items, catering orders, Rewards Program and other operational knowledge.

o Handling cash and other forms of payment.

o Maximize profitability through upselling, portion control, monitoring accuracy of charges, cash handling procedures.

Experience and Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 months -1 year of quick service, fast casual or retail experience or relevant experience volunteering and providing customer service.
