Job Overview:

Jeremiah's Italian Ice is renowned for its cool treats and vibrant customer experience.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated, highly motivated and experienced General Manager to lead our team in Peachtree City, GA. As the face of our brand, you'll embody our core values and ensure our tradition of excellence continues.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house activities ensuring compliance with Jeremiah's standards and delivering outstanding customer service.

-Lead hiring, training, and onboarding of new staff, fostering a team that embodies Jeremiah's vibrant culture in the Peachtree City community.

-Develop and implement training schedules, coordinating with the corporate team to ensure all Peachtree City staff are proficient and confident.

- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary environment.

- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and liase with vendors, maintaing optimal stock levels and ensuring equipment is in excellence condition.

-Control costs to maximize profitability.

- Create employee schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours.

-Conduct regular performance evaluations, offering feedback and development opportunities to staff.

-Collaborate with the marketing team to support local store marketing initiatives and participate in Peachtree City community events.

- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner

-Monitor financial performance, including sales analysis and budget management, to achieve profitability goals in the Peachtree City location.

Requirements:

- Proven experience as a Store Manager or similar leadership role, preferably in the food service or retail industry.

- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage customers and staff effectively.

-Organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.

- In-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions under pressure

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
