JENNMAR is currently seeking a Brake Press Operator in Louisville, KY. Ideal candidates will have previous experience in metal stamping press operators, your job duties involve die setting and operating a 1000-ton straight side press.
Duties and Responsibilities of Brake Press Operator:
- Run 1000 ton stamping press with progressive dies
- Operate PLC controlled secondary processing and packaging line
- Ensure production of quality products
- Drive productivity and efficiency within the team
- Complete and/or assist with change overs, ensuring change over times are met
- Collaborate with maintenance and tooling teams to keep press in working order
- Ability to verify and measure quality checks to tight tolerances
- Fill out shift output/downtime shift reports
- Forklift operation for tool changes.
Schedule of Brake Press Operator:
- Monday – Thursday (Off Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
- 6:00 am – 4:30 pm
Compensation of Brake Press Operator:
- $20.00 per hr.
