Heavy Equipment Operator

JENNMAR Services is currently looking for a Heavy Equipment Operator in the Bassett, VA area. We offer a full array of services ranging from engineering, excavation to project completion, general maintenance and utility work. With over 100 years of combined industry experience, our employees are qualified in all phases of construction from the initial site work development to project completion. Specializing in mine site development, construction, maintenance and reclamation.

Job Description of Heavy Equipment Operator:

Operation of select mobile equipment, which includes, backhoes, bulldozers and rubber-tired bucket loaders and skid steer. General light clean-up and maintenance required in the operation of all equipment.

Requirements of Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Experience in operating heavy equipment is essential
• Travel may be required
• 3 or more years of experience is REQUIRED
• Bulldozer
• Excavator
• Skid Steer

*Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.*

Schedule of Heavy Equipment Operator:

• Monday – Friday
• Weekend work if necessary
• 10-12 Hour Shifts
• Day Shift

Compensation and Benefits of Heavy Equipment Operator:

• $24.00 per hour OR Prevailing Wage -- dependent upon working site!
