JENNMAR Services We are looking for a talented Branch Manager to assign and direct all work performed in the branch and to supervise all areas of operation. You will manage staff, foster a positive environment and ensure customer satisfaction and proper branch operation. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach and will be committed to the expansion and success of the business by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales targets achievement.

Responsibilities of Branch Manager:

• Prepare financial statements for the branch.
• Manage employees and lead day-to-day responsibilities.
• Recruit and interview new employees.
• Assist with customer service to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• Oversee reports for budgets and financial reports.
• Create plans and forecasts that are built to fit future needs.
• Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities.
• Locate areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities.
• Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

Skills of Branch Manager:

• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow sales by developing new customers, and/or expanding on existing customers.
• Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices.
• Familiarity with industry's rules and regulations.
• Results driven and customer focused.
• Leadership and human resources management skills.

Requirements of Branch Manager:

• College degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
• P&L experience with aspect to managing sales and operations.
• Self-motivated/driven individual that has a can-do attitude to handle any customer or employee situation that may arise.
• Sales-driven, compelling manager who can seize new business and have the skills and leadership to maintain current business.
• A minimum of 2 years of operations or sales experience.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a management capacity.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills to include the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers.
• Computer skills Excel, Word, & Outlook
