Our Maintenance Associate assists the Maintenance Technician with all aspects of building, grounds and vehicle maintenance including unit inspections, preventive and scheduled and emergency maintenance. Main focus of this position is painting.
Requirements for a Maintenance Associate:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience with major building systems maintenance
- Knowledge of safety regulations pertaining to building and life safety codes.
- HVAC certification preferred
- Demonstrated or capable of learning electrical, plumbing and carpentry skills
- Understands and communicates job-related information and directions
