**Responsibilities:**

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor

- Answer and direct phone calls using multiple-line phone systems

- Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar

- Maintain patient service and confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations

- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping

- Utilize software for patient check-ins and scheduling

- Handle inquiries from patients and healthcare providers professionally

**Skills:**

- Experience working in a dental office or medical facility preferred

- Proficient in medical terminology to assist with patient inquiries

- Strong administrative skills for managing front desk operations efficiently

- Excellent communication skills to interact with patients and staff effectively
