Role and Responsibilities:

• Participate in all aspects of merchandise coordination including shipment receiving, unpacking and product placement in the stockroom
• Work with the store team to maintain a neat and organized stockroom, storage area and shipping/receiving area
• Work in a fast-paced environment demonstrating professionalism, organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks
• Work independently to achieve goals set by supervisor and to create and maintain a well-organized stockroom
• Take ownership and pride in the stockroom to create the best customer experience
• Partner with Store Manager and peers to maintain best practices and build effective relationships with store team
• Clearly and positively communicate with Store Manager and seek feedback to improve personal performance

Qualifications and Requirements:

• 6 months experience
• Excellent time management skills
• Regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business
• Able to perform physical activity including, but not limited to, sitting, bend, reach, standing, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 40lbs

The annual base salary range for this position is $30,160 - $31,668. The base salary is determined by experience, education, skills, and location.
