Responsibilities


  • Participate in a comprehensive training program designed to develop your knowledge of insurance products, sales techniques, and agency operations.
  • Shadow experienced agents and learn from their expertise in client consultations, needs assessments, and policy recommendations.
  • Assist with prospecting and lead generation activities to build a client base and grow sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective sales strategies, meet performance goals, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Gain hands-on experience in agency management, including policy administration, claims processing, and client relationship management.
  • Embrace and embody the core values of Integrity, Teamwork, Professionalism, Accountability, and a Welcoming spirit.
  • Demonstrate leadership potential, initiative, and a strong work ethic in all aspects of your role.

Requirements


  • Proven track record in sales, management, or related field preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Motivated self-starter with a desire to learn, grow, and take on increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in using basic computer applications and CRM software.
  • Must hold valid property and casualty, and life and health insurance licenses (or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe).
