What will youdo As a Coding Quality Review (CQR) Specialist youwill operate in a work from home environment supporting all CQRteam related systems and tools.

You will perform internal qualityassessment reviews on Health Information Management ServiceCenter(HSC) coders to ensure compliance with national codingguidelines the HSC coding policies and the Company coding policiesfor complete accurate and consistent coding which result inappropriate reimbursement and data integrity.

• Lead coordinate and perform allfunctions of quality reviews (routine prebill policy driven andincentive plan driven)for inpatient and outpatient coding acrossmultiple HSCs
• Assist in ensuring HSC codingstaff adherence with coding guidelines andpolicy
• Demonstrate and apply expert levelknowledge of medical coding practices andconcepts
• Participate on special reviews orprojects
• Maintain or exceed 95% productivitystandards
• Maintain or exceed 95�curacy
• Meet all educational requirements asstated in current Company policy
• Review allofficial data quality standards coding guidelines Company policiesand procedures and clinical / medical resources to assure codingknowledge and skills remaincurrent

What will youneed

• Undergraduatedegree in HIM / HIT preferred (Associates orBachelors)
• Equivalentwork experience may substitute degreerequirement
• Minimumof 3 years acute care inpatient coding experiencepreferred
• Minimumof 3 years coding auditing / monitoring experience stronglypreferred
• RHIARHIT and / ormandatory
