JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a full time exempt position. The Restoration General Manager is primarily responsible for managing the daily operations of the office, including direct oversight of office and field personnel. He/she will serve as Estimator and/or Project Manager of Large Claims as needed; and/or any other role needed for the branch’s health.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year College or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of industry related software such as Xactanalysis, Excel, database, Internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software.
