JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a full time non-exempt position. The person in this position works as the Contents Technician skilled in the completion of complex contents cleaning tasks. Assists the project management staff in responsibilities that relate to the cleaning of both residential and commercial contents and building structure and components.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or equivalent; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
Must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
COMPUTER SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, an individual should be proficient with software like Microsoft Office
Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and have the ability to utilize cell phone applications.
REASONING ABILITY:
Possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time in different temperatures and elements; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and taste or smell. The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required drive to and visit project sites that have incurred catastrophic events from fire, water, and storm damage and could require accessing roofs, which they need to be able to carry a 40’ ladder from their truck and setting it up at the roof line of the associated property. The employee must be able to carry a minimum of 75 pounds in weight for the purpose of getting material to a specific place on the project site.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
