The Registered Nurse will assess patients' health needs, develop and implement care plans, and provide ongoing support and monitoring to ensure that patients receive the best possible care. Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
• Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
• Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic/hard copy medical records
• Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
• Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing
• Current state license as a Registered Nurse
• Experience as a Registered Nurse
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
