Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager and 2 Assistant Managers to oversee our restaurant operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the restaurant staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling
- Oversee all aspects of food service management, including menu planning, inventory control, and cost management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and revenue
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menu offerings and ensure consistent food quality
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to optimize pricing and quality of ingredients
- Supervise kitchen operations to ensure efficient food production and timely service
- Work closely with the Assistant Manager to coordinate daily operations and achieve business objectives
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in restaurant management

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
