JELD-WEN is Hiring a General Production Near Ludlow, VT
- Set up, operate, or tend welding machines
- Operate saws, punches, drills or drill press machines
- Assemble various parts to complete quality finished doors
- Applying labels, cleaning finished product & checking for proper operation.
- May be required to operate hand tools such as chisel, snips, drill, mallet or tape measure.
- Read work orders and production schedules to determine product or job instructions and specifications.
- Transfer components, plastic products, and assemblies, using moving equipment.
- Perform repetitive type assembly functions using hand or power tools, and applicable machinery and equipment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis.
- Must be Adaptable, Reliable, Detail oriented, Energetic & Safety minded.
- Must be able to work on your feet all day in a fast-paced production environment.
- Must have reliable transportation & ability to work unexpected overtime.
- Manufacturing/Production experience preferred.
- HS Diploma or Equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years old.
