Front Office Position
*Minimum 3 years front office experience in a Dental Office
*Currently a 3 day position - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday - 7am-4pm
We are seeking a new team member for a long term position at our front office who is warm, friendly, genuine, professional, independent and self-motivated. Back office/assisting experience is a plus. Our office is team centered, friendly, motivated, and independent, and everyone helps out wherever needed. We are focused on building relationships with our patients, and that must be a priority for you as well.
Expectations:
Minimum 3 years experience with front office
Strong patient relation and communication skills
Warm and friendly regarding interactions with patients and staff
Ability to greet patients, schedule appointments, verify dental benefits, bill, post, and collect payments
Strong phone communication skills
Strong computer skills for dental software, Softdent experience ideal, and able to learn or adapt to new systems
Willing and able to help out in the back office if needed
Current work days – Tuesday, Wednesday, and Fridays - 7am-4pm
Retirement plan available after 6 mos
Salary and benefits negotiable
