Dr. Jeff and Lisa Rouse are seeking a full-time Front Office Team Member in the Alamo Heights/Quarry area for our well established, Prosthodontic and General practice.

7:45-5:00, Monday - Thursday and Friday 9:00 - 1:00

Candidate must have superior customer service skills and be ready to join a high achieving team. We are seeking a reliable self-starter with high initiative, ability to work independently, competent decision-making, and an openness to learn comprehensive dentistry. Candidate must be personable and team-oriented. Computer software experience preferred. Must be willing and ready to learn, with a focus on inter-team communication.

Tasks and skills include but may not be limited to:

- Answering phones, greeting and checking out patients.

- Knowledge of dental procedure codes.

- Insurance verification

- Excellent communication skills

- Confirming Appointments

- Knowledge of PracticeWorks Software a plus

- 3yr Dental Front Office Experience
