EDUCATIONAL/TRAINING REQUIREMENTS: Graduate from an accredited college of pharmacy.

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATION: License to practice Pharmacy in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: Minimum of three (3) years of progressive hospital pharmacy, management, and supervisory experience.

Provides leadership and supervision of daily operations to assigned pharmacy team. Assists in the hiring, termination, and scheduling of pharmacy personnel within a designated pharmacy area. Serves as a facilitator in resolving system and operational matters for respective pharmacy team. Provides staffing support within area of responsibility. Works with managers and other team leaders to develop services for promoting pharmaceutical care.
