Jefferson includes Thomas Jefferson University and Jefferson Health, a dynamic university and health system with broad reach across the Delaware Valley. Jefferson is the second largest employer in Philadelphia and the largest health system in Philadelphia based on total licensed beds.

Through the merger of Thomas Jefferson University and Philadelphia University in 2017, our University includes ten colleges and four schools. Facilitates and manages the implementation of preventative health education programs at the hospital and in the community. Responsible for federal grant reporting. Responsible for submitting Request for Proposals for the grant funding, which requires developing a program that fits the requirements. Interacts with the school district to set up preventative health education programs in the schools in the area, as well as outreach to the community centers, senior centers, and libraries to develop programs and provider services in these sites. Also, needs to make sure all JEP tasks are met as well as school district requirements are met. Responsible for 3.8 million federal funds per year.

Essential Functions
