Education:

High School Diploma or GED

AND

Experience:

Experience working in office setting. Ability to learn and adapt. Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality. Familiarity with medical terminology a plus.

This role adheres to JHIS compliance with regulatory/accreditation requirements through quality analysis and performance improvement activities. The MRQA analyzes components of medical records to ensure that records are complete and all appropriate documentation is present. Corresponds with/queries physicians, nursing, pharmacy and billing departments to facilitate accurate and timely signed order receipt and reimbursement. Reviews and processes request for information, scans documents accurately into EHR, gathers documents to assist in releasing protected health information.
