**Job Overview:**

Responsible for reviewing permit applications, issuing permits and collecting fees as well as data collection and entry into database system. Responsible for the maintenance of licensee and insurance records for active and inactive construction contractors operation in the Jefferson County jurisdiction.

**Responsibilities:**

- Build and assemble components according to specifications

- Conduct quality control inspections on products

- Analyze schematics and blueprints for construction projects

- Collect and analyze data to improve processes

**Skills:**

- Strong communuication skills

- knowledge of construction activities preferred

- Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft 365 and adapt to online permit systems

- math skills to be able to calculate permit fees

- Quality control expertise

- Ability to analyze and interpret schematics

- Proficiency in data collection and analysis

- Blueprint reading skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.45 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
