Position Details
- Assist the Student Support Services Director and Project SUCCESS staff in the creation and implementation of departmental social media and public relations materials.
- Social media platform advice, creation, and maintenance.
- Some graphic design.
- Assist with recruitment initiatives and marketing campaigns.
- Post flyers on campus.
- Interact with students, faculty, and staff across campus.
- Exercise confidentiality.
- Must be a high school graduate and student at Jefferson College.
- Be in good standing with the College and community.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and social media outlets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite software is preferred.
- Possess knowledge of basic public relations and marketing principles, as well as graphic design, website design, and social media platforms.
- Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working independently and able to stay on task with limited supervision.
